We understand that you may need to return a product for a variety of reasons, which is why we try to make this process an easy one.

30 Day Return Policy: Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. For non-defective returns a 10% restocking fee may be deducted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.

Email request for returns to returns@IncidentalTreasures.com. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Because of the extreme price reductions, clearance items are only returnable if they are defective.

If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, please follow the manufacturers instructions for warranty repair or replacement.

Damage During Shipment: On the rare occasion that a product is damaged during transit, please send written notification via email within 3 business days of receiving the damaged product to r3233g@IncidentalTreasures.com. In most cases we will replace the product at no charge to you.
