1. How do I check on my order shipping status?
We ship via UPS ground unless you select a different shipping method during check out. Upon order completion you will receive an email notification containing order tracking information. You can use this tracking information to check estimated delivery time and status of shipment.

3. If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
All Internet orders are shipped once they are credit-verified. Please allow at least one additional business day for credit approval. Once credit approval has been obtained your order will ship within the processing time listed via the shipping method you selected. Generally, UPS ground shipments arrive between 5-10 business days depending on the zip code of the delivery area.

5. Can I ship to a different address than the address used to register my account?
We can ship your purchase to an address different from the one used to register your account. You will be given an opportunity to enter this address during the check out process.

6. How can I calculate shipping costs and tax?
Once you've added an item to your shopping cart your shipping and tax costs will be automatically calculated during the check out process based upon your shipping choice and state of residence.

7. Can I change my account information?
You can use the My Account link to make changes to your registered account. Here you can change your email address or password, change your name or address, check gift card balances, wish list items, current and past orders. You can also see what items you have ordered.
